Responsibilities:
- Manage technology-focused projects related to automotive parts design and quality control, encompassing the full spectrum of project phases from conceptualization to implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and launch;
- Devise a method to track inbound and purchase part rejects, and complete cost control reports, indicating the root cause of various manufacturing process problems;
- Develop and coordinate Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control plan on the prototype, pre-series and series stage and serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME);
- Maintain customer and supplier interface to quality-related items in APQP and PPAP submittal in accordance with the specific automotive industry requirements;
- Determine design feasibility and ensure components meet production criteria to insure production readiness;
- And develop/Coordinate Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Inspection/Job Instructions & Inspection logs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Technology Management or Engineering Management
