Responsibilities:
- Lead optimization-focused engineering projects across the full lifecycle, concept development, planning, execution, monitoring, and launch, targeting improved performance, quality, and efficiency in automotive component manufacturing;
- Analyze existing project workflows, resource allocation, and production constraints to identify optimization opportunities, propose corrective actions, and implement continuous-improvement initiatives;
- Drive the development, coordination, and optimization of PPAP documentation and core quality engineering tools, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, Flow Diagrams, and Inspection/Job Instructions, across prototype, pre-series, and series production stages;
- Collaborate with internal engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to evaluate design feasibility, validate manufacturability, and ensure component readiness for optimized high-volume production;
- And develop optimization models, performance metrics, and process improvement strategies that enhance throughput, reduce variation, and support scalable production operations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Technology Management or Engineering Management.
