Responsibilities:
- Support sales operations by managing end-to-end order processing and fulfillment through enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP and MDM platforms;
- Monitor and analyze production, sales, and inventory (PSI) data to identify trends, forecast demand, and support strategic decision-making;
- Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of sales data accuracy across ERP workflows, including pricing; delivery coordination, and customer master data management;
- Coordinate closely with sales, logistics, and headquarters teams to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner;
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support sales planning and internal reporting needs;
- And participate in business process improvement initiatives related to sales and distribution systems, with a focus on operational efficiency and data visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field, and at least 1 year of experience
